The Eurasian Community Fund, or ECF, is a self-help group contribution for eligible Eurasian employees in Singapore. Employers deduct the applicable amount through payroll and pay it with CPF contributions.
The amount is fixed by wage band. It is not a percentage calculation.
Who Needs ECF Contribution?
ECF applies to employees within the Eurasian community and contribution scope set out in CPF Board guidance.
Before deduction, check:

- Whether the employee is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident where required.
