Singapore Foreign Worker Levy Calculator
This foreign worker levy calculator helps Singapore employers estimate monthly or daily levy for Work Permit and S Pass holders. Work Permit levy differs by sector, worker source, skill status and quota tier. S Pass levy has been harmonised at $650 per month across all sectors and levy tiers since 1 September 2025.
The calculator uses published MOM rates for construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process and services sectors. It does not decide whether a company has quota or whether a worker qualifies for a lower higher-skilled rate. Employers should check MOM's official systems before hiring, renewing or cancelling passes.

- Manufacturing and services Work Permit levy by Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3, split by basic-skilled and higher-skilled rates.
